Same as AB-21, but for the count endpoint

Use case for me: from a musicbrainz Work page I'd like to display (with a userscript) a special icon for all recordings of this work that have acousticbrainz low-level data

So I just need to find the counts > 0, no need to download all low-level data

Same API would be fine (GET /api/v1/count?recording_ids=mbid1;mbid2)
