Now that we run AB services as a non-root user, the hl extractor doesn't work because it wants to write a profile file to /code, but this is still owned by root. We need to change this during deployment to either:

• chown /code after adding it to the acousticbrainz user
• or make a temporary working directory somewhere else to write the profile file to
