This is a weird bug. If I open the GUI submission tool and scan a folder, everything works as expected: the files in the folder are scanned and submitted like you’d expect. But if I decide to scan another folder without closing the GUI first, by unticking the previously scanned folder and ticking the box next to another folder, and click Analyze, the GUI starts collecting files from other folders like the Windows folder and Program Files. As you can see from the screenshot, these folders are not ticked, nor are any subfolders. What’s going on?
