I added first the Edition, and then I created the Work (via "add work" button on the edition page ) https://beta.bookbrainz.org/revision/27067

However before I had finished creating this work, I opened the edition again to add some new relationships to it:
First I submit the work
Then I submit the edition changes
The result was that the link between edition-work was removed: : https://beta.bookbrainz.org/revision/27068

edit: also a weird visual bug: in https://beta.bookbrainz.org/revision/27067 is the revision of linking edition to work (which was also the "create work" revision)
https://beta.bookbrainz.org/revision/27068 is the revision for editing the edition to add more relationships to it - here it looks as if one of the author-work relationships added in https://beta.bookbrainz.org/revision/27067 was removed, when in actually it was the edition-work relationship that was. https://beta.bookbrainz.org/revision/27069 shows it being re-added
