Allow a list of (EntityName, EntityStrucutres) pairs to be used to generate a set of Resource and Resource list classes to represent entities.

This would save hundreds of lines of code, remove the possibility of inconsistency between entity types, and consolidate the definition of entities in the WS to a single location.
