Deleted editions are still listed on their authors' pages

      I deleted an edition which was credited to this illustrator, but it is still shown in the Editions section of the author's page afterwards:

      The reason most likely is that we have no special handling for author credits which belong to deleted entities. I am not sure whether it is required to mark this specific author credit as deleted as well or whether that's just a data interpretation issue.
