I’ve tried multiple times to upload an image to a release and every time it has failed. Sometimes the image appears in the “original” link on the album page but after a couple minutes that disappears. I even tried re-exporting the image in an image editor and hit the same problem. I’ve uploaded other images to other albums since then with no problem.
