Now that we're adding reviews for BookBrainz items to CB, we need a way to easily show a user that the thing that they are viewing is related to MB or BB. We made some quick prototypes (attached) so that we could continue on our work, but we could re-visit these

To me, the important things to have present are

• an indication of what site the item comes from
• a link to the item on that site to view it
• (optional) a more specific description of what this item is (e.g. 'book' instead of 'edition group'. This relies on having that specific data in musicbrainz/bookbrainz)
