As discussed with the community, and over a few meetings, we need LLM guidelines for CB (and eventually, other MeB projects).

My preference is to have these guidelines in the MeB Code of Conduct, so it covers all projects, rather than wait for it to become a problem, but general feeling seemed to be to just add them to CB for now, so this ticket covers that.
