Sometimes it is handy to cite geordi in edit notes, and json source information in particular. in order to do this, it would be helpful to be able to link directly to the section you need, rather than needing to give directions: "Click on what_cd_json, then response, then group, then wikiBody"...

Having permalink URLS would be very nice for doing that.
