Japanese release commonly use abbreviations for instruments. It would be neat to have them as aliases to improve search results. See https://vgmdb.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6182 for a more extensive list.

For now I'll only request aliases for those I've come across personally and where no result was returned for the abbreviation.
