Just noticed it as skimming through your today’s blog post:
It should rather be “Centre” (or even “Centre France”) instead of “centre” (as in the current name and aliases) since it is about a rather specific area (even though larger than the administrative area that went by the same name), not any (geometrical/geographical/shopping) center. Even Wikidata and the English Wikipedia use this spelling.
Also it seems that the description was initially about the instrument entity being named “cornemuse” alone. The last sentence should likely be updated now that it is named “cornemuse du centre” (or “cornemuse du Centre” as it should be) by inserting “cornemuse” and replacing they with the full name:
