Reorder, sort and fix Framedrums and tambourines

      at them moment it's unclear how these instruments relate to each other, how they are different and how if at all they are the same with different names, small variations, etc.

      this task ticket hopes to just be able to link all these "add x instrument" tickets, where x is a framedrum-like or tambourine-like instrument.
