Fix ngɔni relationship to banjo and picture

      1. Relationship to banjo should probably go to (future) jeli ngɔni (see INST-450) instead of ngɔni
      2. Picture represents a donso ngɔni rather than both lute jeli ngɔni and lute-harp donso/kamalen ngɔni.
