clean out and clarify "tambura"

      the tambura is an instrument, but it is currently an amalgam of tambura (the macedonian/bulgarian), tanpur (indian drone), the tambor (greek?) and possibly instruments of the tamburica ensemble.

      videre, it is likely that the panduro is related to all this.
