I was looking for Cor anglais and it does throw English Horn to the top (alias exists). Unless you really know they are the same (and I have seen Cor anglais used a little bit), you have to go searching to find out what is what.

A disambig would just make it easier in this instance I think. Then the "credited as" part can be used.
