Typos in names, descriptions and aliases of concertinas

      This is a follow-up for ---INST-59--- and ---INST-61---. There are two kinds of typo:

      1. angelo has a superfluous e letter, that is, it should be spelled Anglo.
      2. German, English, and Anglo are proper adjectives and thus should be capitalized.
