A type of svirel from the Tartar Idel-Ural region.

"A whistling instrument of two-to-six-hole, hollow-stemmed shepherds, whose upper end is cut at an angle. Next to it is a whistle hole without a cap, and it is the musician who mouths it with his tongue."
