If a user has connected a spotify account, but the importer failed for this user and set an error message, we don't show this error anywhere on the service connection page, meaning that the user doesn't know that their importer has failed. I think that we used to show this information but it seems to have been removed when we updated the connect service page.
It'd be good to restore this error message so that a user can see if their imports are active. We could also include an indicator showing when the import was last run for them, so that they are made aware that updates aren't instant.
