The /admin page of LB has both a page to list users and a page for user reports that lists both reporting and reported user. None of these usernames are links, but it seems like it'd be obviously useful to link to the user pages so that they can be checked (especially for reports, where the report often refers to something that needs to be looked at from the user page specifically).
