As decided with @aerozol while discussing LB Android Feed project, a new addition to the feed is suggested, i.e., similar listens. Similar listens are listen events from similar users. These events will promote a user to follow other users (similar to them) by looking at similar user's listens and similarity score as well.

Details:

New endpoint `GET /user/<user_name>/feed/events/listens/similar` (naming tentative) that provides listen events from similar users only.

Access token required. 

Params: min_ts, max_ts, count (default = 25)
