Some tracks haven't updated their listen counts in a while, while the release listen count does update, creating a discrepancy in count.

Edit: It seems that global listen counts in general are not updating. This isn't only some of the tracks. Although it's only noticable on singles as the release listen count seems to be unaffected.

New recordings just never have any global listen counts, despite having been listened to hundreds of times already. According to fresh listens, it seems to have broke around May 3rd, so not a new issue either
