Taking a look at Sentry, the Spotify API returns 500/502 errors:

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.spotify.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /v1/users/mayhemchaos/playlists (Caused by ResponseError('too many 502 error responses'))

We need to be able to differentiate when something is a Spotify error and when its an LB error and give the user a clear error message. Right now people think our stuff is broken, when it is not.
