We got feedback that a user wasn't aware that their data was being publicly shared (Mastodon chat link), and could not be made private.

I had a quick review of our pages, and although we mention it on the homepage, we don't really mention it on user pages/pages where users hang out the most, once logged in (I did not test the signup process, I will assume we mention it clearly there). The About page is nice and clear.

We have space in the footer for another line in the text, without increasing the footer size, and I think it's worth mentioning it on every page (open data is a core part of our mission anyway - we can be clear without framing it as a negative!)

      I suggest:

ListenBrainz keeps track of music you listen to and provides you with insights into your listening habits.
You can use ListenBrainz to track your listening habits, discover new music with personalized recommendations, and share your musical taste with others using our visualizations. Listen data is shared under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license.

(Bold is for emphasis, the footer text should not contain bold)
