In the BrainzPlayer settings page we only save changes once the user click the "save settings" at the bottom, but it is very , very easy to miss.
I myself as one of the developers regularly wonder why something isn't working as expected only to realize I didn't save.

To make matters worse, some page require saving manually while others don't, like the "Connect services" page
Other pages have a save button for some sections specifically (for example "safe flair" un user settings and timezone).

Let's make it so users don't have to save manually anywhere.
We should throttle API calls, only calling it once every XXX seconds.

This could require refactoring some of the pages (for example moving the timezone selection in user settings)
