In https://github.com/metabrainz/listenbrainz-server/pull/407 alastair talks about not handling private sessions in Spotify yet. We need to examine if his suggestion of skipping private sessions listens is possible and if we even want that feature. Possibly an option? 

We'll need to discuss this proper course of action before this becomes actionable.
