I went to the Follow page after signing in to my local dev server (which has no imports or spotify link), and added my own user name.

This showed my real recent listens in the playlist section, and no info in the "Listening Now" column of the user list (the latter matches production; perhaps the page expects the recent-listens endpoint to return the playing-now entries too?). I would expect to only see data from my local server instance.

There are also some real UX issues with this page. It's completely non-obvious that you need to save a named list (where the name seems irrelevant since only one list seems to be stored) in order for selected uses to survive a page reload.
