Please include license text of the LGPL in the tarball

Most of the files are licensed under the LPLG and the file header says that the license text should be included with libcoverart. However, it is missing from the tarball and the git repository. Please include it.

[LCA-3] Please include license text of the LGPL in the tarball

I've sent a pull request. I've also updated the file header to refer to 2.1 as in COPYING.txt. If you want that reverted back to 2, please let me know.

I'll prepare a pull request for 1. in the next few days.

Apologies, I obviously copied the wrong file.

          You can either:

          1. Modify all the source to include 'or later'.
          2. Update COPYING.txt to the correct version.

I have no objection to 1, but that's more work. If you submit a pull request I'd be happy to merge it.

          Sorry for the confusion

          Andy

          Thank you.

To finish up the Debian packaging of libcoverart, I've gone through the licensing stuff once again. COPYING.txt is the LGPL 2.1, but all the source file headers talk about LGPL 2 (without the "or later" clause). Which version of the LGPL applies?

I've added COPYING.txt to GitHub. This should be included automatically as and when I do another release.
