As per MBS-14097 and STYLE-2012 before it, it seems our current Target cleanup ends up with links that sometimes fail to load entirely. The solution seems to be to add an empty-ish /-/ after the /p/ or /b/. I'm doing that for new links with MBS-14097 but we should do the same with existing ones, I guess? Ideally we would add /-/ to any links that are currently cleaned up, so matching /^https:\/\/www\.target\.com\/(b|p)\/[AN]-\w+$/
