Include rate limiting server in version control

      In order to test the rate limiting code in mb_server, I would like to run the rate limit server itself. From my understanding, it is not currently checked into version control, or if it is, ruaok and I do not know where.

      Please point us at it or check it into subversion or git.

          AFAIK it always has been in svn, ever since its creation. Though admittedly there were some pending changes which I've only just committed.

          On carl/lenny the code can be found at /usr/local/ratelimit-server/mb_server (an SVN working copy).
