Because of disk space limitations we want to move jenkins from williams to a VM.

We currently run up to 4 executors at a time, but the machine isn't in use always, only when actually running tests. We don't need an extremely powerful machine. Maybe just 2 vCPUs is enough to trial with, and we can increase as needed. Disk would probably be OK with less than 500gb. Can this be upgraded on the fly if needed? Perhaps we start with 200gb. Memory - 16 or 32gb for now.
