When adding links, HTTP and HTTPS versions of the same link should be treated as identical

For example, if an entity has the link http://www.example.com/path/object and I paste in a new link https://www.example.com/path/object the editor UI should flag this as an identical link (and maybe prompt me if I want to update the original URL to HTTPS?).
