Update Bandsintown URL cleanup to strip languages

      Bandsintown URLs can have a language code:

      https://www.bandsintown.com/fr/a/12625251-wormwitch

      https://www.bandsintown.com/en/a/12625251-wormwitch

      Current UI handles https://www.bandsintown.com/a/12625251-wormwitch but doesn't recognize URLs with language code.
