Support WikiaParoles as its own site rather than LyricWiki

      Currently fr.lyrics.wikia (WikiaParoles) is unintentionally allowed because it goes through the LyricWiki cleanup. Since it's a legitimate lyrics site with 1000+ uses in MB, we should keep it whitelisted, but it should be done intentionally, and actually displayed on the sidebar etc
