Clarify why recording lengths can't be edited when non standalone

      Right now, for non-standalone recordings, we just disable the length field. We should have some indication of how to edit the length, like we do for release group types on the release editor.

          I'm not sure about the editing message (since it shouldn't just be "go edit the releases", more like something about how if the recording timing seems very weird it might need to be split or it might be a typo on one release or it might be something else, etc etc). But the new tab thing is important (don't want to mess people's editing up!), so changed that.
