[MBS-10179] Convert all entity list components to React

Convert every template root/components/*-list.tt for entity lists to React.

It affects every page that displays a list of entity:

Collections;
Entity tabs listing other entities (example: places located in a selected area).

(Note: Search result pages were already converted to React.)

Linked dependencies can be considered as sub-tasks.
(It is just JIRA not supporting sub-sub-tasks.)
