Recordings tab in release editor currently gives no explanation when to use the options:

• Copy all track titles to associated recordings
• Copy all track artist credits to associated recordings

Expecially new users keep ticking either or both boxes when they shouldn't. Or any for a single recording if you will.
Yet not even the beginners guide properly explains these, although they are prominently shown with a picture.
