To be able to specify the right name for some instruments on “ensemble consists of instruments” relationships, we need to allow relationship credits for the instrument entity. This is for relationships from/to the actual instrument entity - for cases where the instrument is used as an attribute (like "X performs violin in  Y") a credit can already be entered.
