Patreon post URLs are incorrectly normalized

      I'm trying to add a release based on a Patreon post, and I want to link[0] the release to the post URL. However, https://www.patreon.com/posts/gamers-natural-1823606 is normalized to https://www.patreon.com/posts.

      [0] I'm leaning towards "purchase for download" because that seems closest, but it's not quite right.
