Make allowed_(collection|series)_entity_type constraints table-based

      Right now we need a schema change to allow a new entity type to have collections or series. This seems unnecessary - the constraints allowed_collection_entity_type and allowed_series_entity_type should check against a table (that we can modify whenever).
