Add autoselect for artists for CPDL

      While we allow links to the Choral Public Domain Library for artists (and we even have specific sidebar text for them) we don't autoselect them to any specific relationship. I've seen "other database", "fan page" and "online community" just today. We should probably mirror what we do with IMSLP here.
