With MBS-10628 [no label] is being turned into an actual special purpose label. To complete this and make it equivalent to Various Artists, we should edit the b_del_label_special trigger to not only check OLD.id = 1 (deleted label) but also OLD.id = 3267 ([no label]). A test should also be added at the same time.
