How to reproduce:

• Using Firefox 73.0.1 on Ubuntu 18.04
• create a new Place (just display the new Place edit form)
• copy "38.476631, -122.739883" in Coordinates field (somewhere in California, but it can be anything)
• the map will be updated, but it will only show water
• zoom out until you see the marker (which is created and placed where it should)

The map isn't centered on entered coordinates (at all).
Not sure if it affects other browsers and/or platforms.
