      One can link an MB artist to:
      https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Occlith/3540439207
      But not to:
      https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Phillip_Gallagher/591782

      Metalarchives has different links for "bands" and for "artists", but both are useful in MB, current whitelist doesn't allow "artists".
