Remove deprecated begin_area and end_area from JSON WS

      I've noticed that the artist WS has duplicates in its JSON that don't exist in the XML output. The contents of begin-area and begin_area are the same, and the same for the other two.

      Compare:

      I have only tested this for artists. There could be other entities with the same issue.
