Fix colSpan in Edit Medium edits

      Under certain circumstances the new value in an Edit Medium edit gets pushed outside of where one would expect the table to reach:
      https://musicbrainz.org/edit/70183985

      https://musicbrainz.org/edit/70250105

      That's because the artist credits and recording tables are missing the appropriate colSpan attribute.
