When retrieving the data for a release using the 'media' and 'recording' includes, the JSON response always includes the track titles in the tracks list dictionary, while the XML response only includes the track titles if they are different from the recording title.  The two responses should be consistent with one another, so the suggestion is to include the track titles in the XML response as it is done in the JSON response.
