I propose a change to the schema to record whether a track (not recording) as been pressed with pre-emphasis on CDs.

I also propose that the UI be changed to allow a user to select a checkbox to identify a track that has pre-emphasis.  A per-medium checkbox should also be available to allow for the quick marking of all tracks on that medium.
