Smart link blocks affecting legitimate links

      Description

      https://musicbrainz.org/label/4108147d-f37e-4151-a3e9-d92f0074f1eb should have the URL https://distrokid.com/ attached as its official homepage. However, I was forced to remove it recently because the entire DistroKid domain is blocked, thanks to MBS-10229.
      This could be remedied by narrowing the ban to something like "https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/" instead of just the domain.
