Allow generating SQL Drop files for a selected set of SQL Create files

      The script admin/GenerateSQLScripts.pl outputs misleading "Could not find..." for each expected SQL Create file that is not found, and doesn't output about successfully parsed files. Two improvements to overcome this:

      • Add an option to specify a limited set of files to be parsed.
      • Improve output to log about successfully parsed files.
